With over 40 years of experience in financial services, Tracey is a highly respected adviser and a leading specialist in retirement planning and age care advice. She is one of the few advisers in Adelaide to hold both a Diploma in Superannuation Management and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®)- the highest certification in the profession. Tracey is also a member of the Financial Advice Association of Australia (FAAA). In addition, she holds formal accreditation in aged care advice, enabling her to support clients through critical life-stage transitions.
Tracey’s depth of knowledge and commitment to long-term client relationships have earned her a loyal client base, with some relationships spanning back to the 1990s. Her advice is trusted, practical, and deeply valued by individuals and businesses alike.
Megan Biar began her career in financial services in 2006, starting in client service before becoming a qualified financial adviser in 2018. With nearly two decades of experience in the financial industry, Megan has developed a deep understanding of financial planning. As Director, she’s committed to helping clients navigate their financial goals with confidence. Outside of work, Megan enjoys river days with her family, watching her kids play sport and volunteering on her local Amateur football club committee, Henley Sharks.
Deanna joined First Advice Solutions in 2014 and has developed in her role in client services to now being our paraplanner. She supports advisers by preparing financial strategies, conducting research, overseeing implementation and ensuring compliance. Deanna is a mum of two boys and enjoys yoga in her spare time.
Caren transitioned into financial services industry in 2023 after 20 years in consumer goods marketing in the U.S. As Client Services Manager, she oversees client communication, documentation, and supports the team to ensure a smooth advice process. Caren is currently studying to become a financial planner.
With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Catherine has held key roles at Colonial First State and BT, with a strong focus on superannuation. She has a Bachelor of Commerce and is advancing her qualifications, currently preparing to begin her professional year as she works toward becoming an accredited financial adviser. Catherine plays a vital role in supporting the team across all aspects of client services.
